The lady on the phone pretty much poor shames you for not wanted to move forward today. I got a "special deal" and they wanted me to move forward without even knowing what I "won". Based on these other reviews and my recent experience I would avoid ever using or doing anything with this company!

Even though I paid a $300 deposit on my timeshare, they were going to charge me a fee to transfer it to someone else, ...$199!! What the hell is the deposit for anyway then? Because your agent spent a little time on the phone with me to book a timeshare? Are you serious? Additionally, my timeshare expires and I wasn't offered an option to extend it. Why doesn't my deposit cover an extension? To me - this is bad business. Not only did you earn this review, but you've lost any future business of mine. Buyers beware.

Clearly I'm not the only person who has been disappointed in this company. They partner with Vacation Villages and you are supposed to get a hotel room suite with a full kitchen. We got a room at the Grand Orlando Hotel, which was tiny, two full sized beds instead of a queen, so we had to sleep apart, and the bathroom had a sink that was clogged, a tub and shower that had rust stains, leaks on the floor.... and for this we had to pay a deposit which we weren't informed about, plus a nightly fee which we also were not informed about. To top it off, Vacation Villages was supposed to give us our deposit of $100 on a Visa gift card. We were conveniently told they no longer "do that," even though we were in Las Vegas in April and that wasn't the case. All these companies do is scam you out of money. Do NOT invest your money OR your time with them.

Should be called “never travel with us”. This company is a joke. As written in their terms and conditions, the total cost of a package is $299.00 with the $250.00 visa if you attend the seminar. I just was trying to book dates and after I’ve already paid, they are now saying that I have to pay and extra $200.00 for an upgraded unit or and extra $150.00 for the standard unit. What happened to their terms and conditions saying $299.00 is all you pay which INCLUDES taxes and fees? Will NEVER waste money with this company again.

If it was possible to give a business zero stars, this one would earn it. We had to get out of our home because of hurricane Florence so we’re scrambling to find somewhere to go. We come across Always Travel With Us and a deal they were running for some tickets to universal, so we call to find out about it. When we call we inform the lady that we will be traveling with a dog so need pet friendly accommodations. She says she has found us one that is 2 miles from universal and is pet friendly and all we have to do is sit through a 2 hour time share presentation. So we go ahead and book it, pack up and drive the 10+ hours and get there in the middle of the night to the hotel they booked us for. Try and check in and they say they are not pet friendly and we wouldn’t be able to stay. Always Travel With Us is closed for the night so we can’t get in touch with them. So now we have to try and find a place to stay that is pet friendly in the middle of the night in an unfamiliar area. After dealing with all that, the next day when we called to fix everything and get a refund and to see if there was still a way to get the universal tickets somehow, all they want to do is charge us for the promotion again even though we’ve already found a place to stay, otherwise there was no way of getting the tickets, even though the screw up was clearly on their end. Would not recommend going through them. Oh and the hotel they booked us for that was “2 miles from Universal” was actually nearly 15 miles away. Lies all the way around.
