Highway robbery from CTM tours Lima Peru, part of the Costamar Travel group, managed by the same manager Jonathan Ruiz Ganoza, issuing false vouchers with false hotel confirmations. We paid CTM tours ($245.31 U.S) for a hotel reservation for October 19 2017. YVE Hotel in Miami didn't have a reservation neither the payment from CTM tours part of Costamar Travel group. We had to pay again at the hotel ($202.27 U.S). This means that we paid a total of $447.58 U.S (almost $500 U.S!) As of today Dec 17 2017, after 2 months since October, there have been no solution no money back and employees continuing hanging up the phone on us - the customer. This type of unprofessional business shouldn't exist in any type of market.
