Epic fail for a company! They didn't show up at the airport, I even called the day before to confirm. I called and they said they would be there in seven minutes, I waited 30 and no show. I called three more times at 30 minute intervals - excuse after excuse. They struck out three times in a row and blatantly lied to me. Shame on Hawaiian Airlines for recommending this unethical organization.

Terrible customer service. Ask to confirm the pickup address and time, was told to call the airline and google ourself.

Awful. We waited for 25 minutes past our scheduled time for them to pick us up from the hotel. I called them, and they said that the driver had already left Waikiki. What the hell!? They called us the day before to confirm that they were picking us up!!

Do not use them! Our travel agent booked them to transport us to and from the airport in Kauai. I gave their customer service detailed information on our arrival time on the island and they failed to pick us up at airport. I scheduled a pick up 48 hours in advance and confirmed pick up at the hotel the day before our departure and they still failed to pick us up. If going to the south shore of kauai use surf and turf shuttle. They will at least pick you up!

I booked this transportation thru Hawaiin Airlines - what could go wrong? Let me tell you! Our pick up from airport when we arrived went smoothly except for the filthy van with a crazy driver that transported us. The day we were scheduled to leave Hawaii, whe went to the place we were told we'd be picked up from - But no one came to get us from the hotel. When I called the number I was given to call if there were any problems, I was told that I'd need to arrange my own transportation to the airport as I didn't call them 48 hours in advance or tell them where to pick me up from...WHAT? There was no mention on ANY of my documentation that a phone call was needed PLUS they dropped me off at the hotel-why didn't they know where to pick me up?? After a very stressful conversation in which I had to INSIST very adamantly that they fix this problem (by the way I had to use the bell person's phone at the hotel and this was all very public and embarrassing), they finally said they'd send a cab. We arrived at the airport 45 minutes later than we had anticipated, completely stressed out and short on time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
