Went to purchase theme park tickets. Two of the staff didn't know the login information to purchase tickets on their system. I waited 30 minutes to be assisted by a travel agent and no one came to assist me so I had to leave even though no one else was in the office. People were nice but this was just poor customer service and a waste of my time.

The agent gave us a quote and told us to call her if we decided to rent a car with them. The phone numbers listed online for this office are all wrong. This office has no phone! The agent's personal phone did not work. We could not contact her. We made arrangements on our own. Wasted a lot of time...... The people behind the desk were very pleasant. That's not a good enough reason to use this office.

Very helpful, patient and attentive staff! Was in numerous times for maps, currency exchange, luggage etc. All three staff people I dealt with were great!

Took me THREE in-person visits to this branch over a week to finally be able to change foreign currency into US dollars--there was always some innovative reason why it couldn't actually be done that day. What an expensive and hassle-worthy way to try and save $25 through using the modestly less usurious currency rates at AAA. At the end, they suddenly say "plus a $10 service fee" which had NEVER been mentioned before during my multiple advance phone calls and visits--which meant I was NOT comparing actual rates vs my bank despite all my efforts to find out the charges involved! Totally annoying bait and switch level foolishness. Poor and listless service, uninterested staff and generally a total turn off. Save your time and money, try to avoid walking in the door here! #timetocancelmyAAA

Very helpful travel advice. Went above and beyond to help answer questions and ensure I got a good deal.
