I was a member here for 4 years. The staff is very unhelpful and will constantly try to nickle and dime you. They will auto sign you up for auto-renewals and if you call to cancel they will just basically not do anything. I would recommend checking out state farm for insurance, because they include the service of the AAA membership and overall cheaper insurance. The customer service at state farm was a lot more helpful and caring.

I have worked with David Benoit for over 20 years. David and his staff are the only reason that I have stayed with AAA so long. They answer the phone on the first ring and are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this office over any other office.

Came to this office at 8 AM on a Monday morning and they were closed. An agent named Dave saw me outside and invited me in. Dave and another agent Shelly helped me buy my first policy in US and were very patient and helpful. I have referred my friends to see them anh they happy !

ZERO STARS!!!! Do everything you can to avoid Shelly. The women at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful, but the agent in the back room, Shelly, was THE WORST! She gives false information and is very ignorant. She obviously does not have the knowledge to be working there; information online is much more trustworthy. VERY RUDE and UNPLEASANT experience. Never thought that I would encounter such a terrible individual in a lovely neighborhood like Ann Arbor. Definitely ruined my mood that afternoon.

Zero star if there is this choice. I have been using AAA for 3 years and now start to think changing to others. The women named Shelly has the worst attitude as an agent I've ever seen. She is very ignorant about the policy. And she looks really not caring about her business and her client. It was very unpleasant to talk with her. She ruined my day.
