I was able to use Livonia Travel while my daughter is in Poland studying abroad who had to get a flight but all the flights were books. Carla was able to reroute her to another city and bring her back that next evening. Thanks because without the knowledge we had no clue. Can't wait to call on the again

?? The review before this is baffaling because I've been a return customer of Livonia Travel Services over the last 8 years and these guys are top notch in their professionalism, knowledge of world-wide travel, skills in finding the best deals, and their customer service during the vacation for any issues and questions that arise. Using this team of travel experts has taken all the stress and pressure out of planning a vacation. They planned an entire Mediteranean vacation for us which included flights, hotels, necessary transports, a cruise through the Greek Islands and a trip to Italy visiting Rome and Florence, including the high-speed rail transport from Rome to Florence. All our accomodations were perfect, they set us up with all the documentation, emergency numbers, instructions to help us get through each part of our trip. On one occasion, we had a hotel booked in Rome, Italy (confirmation numbers and all) and upon arriving there was an error in the hotels system that was delaying our getting into the hotel) We didn't know what to do and so we called the Livonia Travel Agency (from Rome around noon - about 6am EST) and right away, the representatives at Livonia Travel Services were calling the hotel to resolve the issue. A half hour later, the hotel consierge approached us and took us to our room. I remember being so worried that we were going to have find another hotel last minute with all of our luggage, but thank goodness that didn't happen. That sort of thing definitely happens and it was great to see the Livonia Travel Service have our back and set things right. We will definitely continue using Livonia Travel Services in the future - the service is consistently thorough, knowledgeable, affordable and SO worth it. Planning big vacations are a big job... and I aint got time for that! The

I have a huge family emergency over seas, I came into this agency to change my ticket departure date and there was terrible service from once I stepped foot inside. A lady in the front was watching Netflix, and then there was also an older lady at her desk in the back is who attempted to help me out. She took up to an hour to even get any information, and was very rude. She then noticed that me and both of my daughters began trying to speed the issue up, and started searching online. I got a hold of the number and called the airline myself knowing I had a chance of making it quicker, and as she was still on the phone with the other department, I took care of my ticket myself with the airlines. I thanked her politely and as I was getting ready to get out of my chair, she asked me for a fee to pay ($50) because she claims she helped. I confronted her and said that I should not be paying because I solved the issue myself. So she melted the price half way down. Then I informed her that she has no right to do that. So she said "get out" and was very harsh and disrespectful.
