We had a school trip to DC in April. There were several issues throughout the trip. Several parents returned comment cards and none were contacted. Our hotel was switched after we were assured in our meeting by the representative that it would not. Our bus service was horrible. Driver on the way home was sick, and did not pull off at service stations. Our dinner was planned in the middle of a jazz festival at national harbor with 60,000 other people. Missed time slots at Mount Vernon and was unable to see it. We were sold one glorious weekend, but got stuck with something completely different and nobody has bothered to contact or address any of the parents concerns.

Plz see Nick Cunningham for all your travel needs!!

I called to speak with an agent to book a vacation for my 20 year anniversary, and was overwhelmingly disappointed with the lack of attention or empathy given from Nick Cunningham. He did an intake on what we were looking for and told me he'd get back to me the following week. Two weeks later, he still had not contacted me. For such a special occasion, I felt that a bit more acknowledgement of the occasion and empathy about its importance should have been taken a bit more seriously. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth and implies to me that the company may not have its clients' best interests at heart. I will not be using the services of this company ever.
