Alpha is an absolutely incredible and essential asset to our community. From the moment you walk through their doors, the atmosphere is one of warmth, dignity, and non-judgmental support. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone needing guidance and practical help during pregnancy and early parenthood. The core services Alpha offers are a profound relief to those facing uncertainty. The free ultrasounds provide vital, timely information and peace of mind. Beyond the clinical aspect, the staff and volunteers offer a genuine "listening ear." Their compassionate peer support ensures that every woman feels heard, respected, and empowered, regardless of her situation or decision. This emotional support is just as valuable as the medical services they provide. What truly sets Alpha apart is their ongoing commitment to families through their clothing exchange program. This generous resource ensures that parents can access gently used clothes for their children, from newborn sizes all the way up to 5T. This practical support significantly eases the financial burden on growing families and demonstrates that Alpha’s care doesn't stop once the baby is born. It's a true community of continuous care. If you are looking for a place that offers both professional, free medical services and heartfelt, tangible support for several years into your child’s life, Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center is the place. They combine compassion with practical help perfectly.

Thank you for the help in a recent booking. The navigation for tickets was going to be very troublesome for an amateur and with your connections and expertise the trip is booked. You provided special information needed to transport hunting equipment and also providing the time(s) needed for departure and arrivals with only one layover.. we never would have been successful on our own. Very personal service and the fee was beyond reasonable..

We have now booked 2 Mexico Vacations with River Bend. Talk about EASY! I showed up the first time just frazzled out of my mind trying to plan a vacation. Deb put my mind at ease and put together several options for our vacation. We picked one of those options and away we went. We had an amazing time and everything was as expected because Deb had prepared us for everything. I highly recommend River Bend Travel for all your needs. I will buy just plane tickets through them because they make it so easy. Less stress means more happiness. Best of Luck to you all in your travels.

Connie was quick to offer solutions when my first flight was delayed. Knowing I wouldn't hit my connection in Chicago, Connie had a variety of options and ranked them according to what she thought was best to fit my needs. She changed the location of my rental car and helped me understand what I needed to do to change airline carriers. Through the 5 hour delay, Connie stayed in contact with me until she was able to confirm I was on the plane! Knowing there is a time zone change I really feel Connie went above and beyond saying up after 11pm to ensure I was safe for my final flight. During the entire event, away from home, disconnected from family, I felt I had someone who truly cared about me and was tracking the safety of my every move! I arrived back in Madison last night and received a final notice that she was tracking my flights and saw I got back home! I wanted to let you know that Connie's customer service was top-notch and I am grateful to know she was so kind in doing so!
