The worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency. I spoke to Tiffany. The moment she realized travel destination was from africa, all her focus was if I had a credit card and if I can show her the visas of the people travelling even though I repeated told her I was local in Minnesota. Then she called back after searching for the tickets and kept insisting i come in and pay in office. I asked to then tell details of the flights she wants to reserve, only then did she realize she made a mistake and ticket went from 1700 to 4000 per person on delta and this is all she could find, not even taking the effort to look at other airlines, which for sure I will get it cheaper. Then dismissed me to look at other travel agencies. Really felt discriminated against. Dont waste your time with this one. The worst customer experience ever especially for African travellers. We are in the new Millennium people!!

After nearly 10 hours of wanting to pull my hair out trying to book an international flight on my own for about 2 1/2 weeks out, I finally decided to try a travel agent (first time ever). I had made numerous attempts trying to book online (the usual travel websites), and was unable to complete the purchase for reasons I still don't understand. I also tried calling the websites on the phone, in addition to directly talking to the airlines, and was either quoted ridiculously high prices or was still unable to complete the transaction for the flights I wanted. Almost immediately Schilling Travel was able to find tickets that I wanted that matched my schedule perfectly. In the end, I spent about $1500 less by booking with them and will now call them first for all my future flights. Excellent service!
