I have never used Vacations Made Easy. In fact, I have never heard of them before. I didn't realize that was who I placed my order and was nervous that I was going to receive what I thought I purchased. I thought I was placing my order directly with the venue. I called the customer service number and was pleased with the friendly customer service rep, Shane. He answered my questions and was very courteous. I had been in customer service for over 40 years and it was refreshing to have that friendly attitude given to ME ! I felt more comfortable. Keep up the great service Shane! The ticket vouchers were easy to pick up as well. I hope the show is good tomorrow night!

The staff was wonderful. Room service was extremely helpful and kind. Ebony, our room service attendant, was genuinely interested in making our stay exceptional. We will definitely come back!

I ordered our tickets for the Dolly Stampede way in advance. Our seats were in the nosebleed section. Should have ordered them directly through the event. They try to push “free” tickets to lots of events, then tell you that you have to sit through a two hour sales presentation by Wyndham Vacations to hawk you about time shares! I will never go through VacatiosMadeEasy again!!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I booked a dolphin tour online. It sounded fun and simple. We are on vacation with NO VEHICLE. So I get the email AFTER I purchase tickets. The email tells me that I have to arrive at “vacations made easy” an hour early to pick up my tickets because it is a 20 minute drive to get to the actual tour. So we have to pay for transportation to one place, then another. I called vacations made easy and they wouldn’t cancel my purchase. I asked if they could at least fax or email our tickets so we won’t have to pay for an Uber to drive us all over. Nope, evidently they don’t use all of these convenient forms of technology that everyone else uses. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Very deceiving and they don’t tell you all the details until after you give them your money. I will never use them again. I’m sorry I did this time.

Claire was very pleasant to deal with and made booking tickets for 12 people, to several shows, super easy! Thanks again. Dan H.
