We had recently gone to chaina tour Our experience is overalls it was good But only I will suggest that they should plan every day early morning to leave the hotel and go for sightseeing and not spend more time in hotel

Tour co-ordinator Amit Ajwani has no Customer Service.... not organised at all! We payed for 3 adults and 1 child yet did not get a bed for the child even though we paid full price for the child! The tour guide SHARIN is very rude, has a very bad attitude and is very very unprofessional. She is also very loud and disrespectful. This was supposed to be a family vacation but it felt more like it was a school trip. Sharin was so bossy and it was more like she was a disturbed teacher and we were the children who she was taking her anger out on! The food was horrible..... different restaurants everyday but the same Indian menu everyday!! I would not recommend this tour company to anyone!! Try another Tour company! With Taj Tours you do not get your monies worth! Waste of money!! Service sucks!!

We went to Europe with Taj tours, Iselin, NJ in June, 2017, which was one of the worst tour ever. They claimed to show six countries in 12 days, but 12th day is a checkout day, no sightseeing. The time given to us was very less - half a day in London (panoramic tour) and 1 hr in Belgium, 2 hrs in Germany, so you are done with three countries. For remaining 3 countries also, 60 – 70 % of your time will be travelling in the bus in the daytime without any entertainment (no movies/no wifi). Only couple of tickets are included in the package, remaining all you need to purchase, which I am absolutely fine. But I was very disappointed when we could not get tickets at Pisa, I would expect tour manger to book the tickets upfront for people who are willing to go. We had an hour at Colosseum and that guide will take 15 - 20 mints to explain the place and you really can take couple of good pics, that all. They gave us an hour time in Venice, out of which you waste 15 mints in a glass factory and did not have time to walk in streets. Same story repeats at most of the places. Many of these places are photo stops and site seeing in panoramic way. The driver had constrain on driving hours, so you will be back to hotel by 8 or 9 pm (except for couple of days). No proper communication about the travel time and places we will be visiting. The hotels they have booked has no A/Cs, people who won the fight with manager ended up with table fans. Our hotel breakfast menu is different (very basic) than other hotel customers. The quality of food is very low and sometimes you end up eating in the parking lot, standing in the hot sun. We had 61 people in the bus, no cleaning was done inside the bus in the entire trip, people were spilling the food, leaving the garbage in the bus and some people got sick at end of the trip. Tour manager left us in France and we were stuck with driver, who is not willing to answer to any of our questions. In fact one of the person in our bus was counting the people to make sure everyone boarded the bus and helped us getting the hotel rooms keys in London, no proper bye. In summary, this trip is for people, who will enjoy seeing Europe from bus window or for people want to check off the places by taking couple of pics and have Indian food throughout the trip.

My husband,several of my family members and I toured Australia and New Zealand November 2016. The tour was not pleasant as we had hoped, as we went through many troubles. As there were 51 people on the tour, getting onto and off the bus to load and unload the luggage consumed our precious time. We were told that there will be 30 to 35 people on the tour, however there were 51, which seemed more then the bus and tour manager can handle.Sometimes there wasn't enough place to hold everyone's luggage so some of us to sit with luggage.The bus wasn't accommodate with toilet facilities, especially considering most of the tourist were above 60 years old. Tour manager Milan was not capable of communicating information regarding the tour. He didn't give more information about trips or the duration of time. The itinerary was changed but we were not informed. In Sydney when we went see Opera House, Milan told that don't take pictures now, after the inside tour finished he would give time to take pictures. After we got back my husband wanted to take pictures outside of the Opera House as Milan had previously advised, but Milan now went back on his own word and told him he could not go, as the bus will leave. How could he not give tourists time to take pictures at one of the most important sites in Sydney? Milan ended up leaving my husband behind from Opera House,which resulted in my husband taking a taxi back to the hotel where we stayed. I have been on many tours before with various tour companies, and this was an extremely bad experience. So this is my first and last tour with TAJ.
