Arafa Travel and Tours where very professional in obtaining our visas for Umrah, Masha'Allah Will definitely use them in the future.

Nov 26, 2018
November 2018: 5 star i used Arafa Travel & Tours to get visas. Alhamdulliah they helped me to obtain the visas promptly. again, i would like to VERY Strongly recommend brother Zaki. he was exceptionally kind and courteous, not to mention absolutely professional. i will recommend them highly for their honesty and hard work. thank you brother Zaki! *************************************************************************** Ramadan 2016: 4 star i went with Arafa travel for Ramadan Umrah in 2016 with my mother and wife. so much to say...but I'll keep this simple for anyone reading to benefit from. bottom line: if you wanna save money, they are definitely worth it. this is an honest and simple company. NOTHING fancy at all. if you aren't bengali, then it will be very again very difficult to deal with this company while you are in saudi. pros: cheap. close proximity to both mosque in makkah and in madinah. good bengali food. the owner's son, Zaki is quite well organized and is very helpful and professional, does his best to accommodate the admin side from here in the states quite well. cons: cheap. dirty. again Very Dirty. unorganized mess in Saudi. absolutely very little to sometimes absent customers service. sometimes downright rude to your face. honest advice to anyone considering Arafa for their upcoming Hajj or Umrah: if you want to save money and can be VERY patient in dealing with some very big mismanagement and sometimes very unprofessional service then this company won't be an issue for you. again, the owner's son Zaki, is a young fella who is doing his best to make it more professional and more organized. i have good respect for him. however, I'm not sure if Zaki has been to saudi to see how his father's company is run. total madness!!! i can deal with simple hotel, i don't need anything fancy at all (as I'm in the mosque most of the time anyway, i just come to the hotel to sleep and shower), but that does not mean dirty. and OMG how dirty our living conditions were in makkah. so you may wonder why i'm giving them a 4 star? well to be honest, except for a few MAJOR hiccups here and there, these people are simple and honest. they never over-promised on anything and more or less delivered on what they said. and i doubt that you will find any company out there that offers as many days for umrah or hajj as Arafa does with the amount they charge. if you are going by yourself, then i don't see why any young guys can't deal with the craziness of Arafa management while being in saudi. however, if you are traveling with family (especially older parents or wife...perhaps best to avoid this company for a few years until they shape up and is better handled by Zaki)

Ma sha Allah father and son owned business. Very helpful and accommodating. For me I would recommend them to others because the son was very honest about everything and he was super eager to help. Professional at all times and tried to make every effort to get our visas on time. May Allah reward you and your father. Ameen Mohammad Muhibul Islam New Jersey

The service is not good at all. Be careful when you book your flight to go for hajj. They say one thing and do another. Don't want to say much because I went with them last year. 100% disappointment.
