I should be leaving today on my honeymoon that was booked in April but I am not. Kelly at the Penfield office was the agent that ruined our honeymoon. The managers had horrible customer service including among many other things telling me our trip was like Murphy’s Law. In the end we had to pay $800 for a ruined honeymoon and absolute horrible customer service.

If I could leave a -10 I would, the driving education personnel are the most uniformed and rude people we have ever had the displeasure of trying to work with or talk to. We dealt with the rudest woman on the phone who should be fired for her total lack of people skills and uniformed people at the front desk.

Always pleasant at the front desk...but do not like the line. Agents are on top of things and are very patient.

Yesterday morning I called AAA about a dead battery and after waiting a few minutes was routed to a dispatcher who took the necessary information and told me because of the numerous calls for service it would be a couple hours wait time. Not a problem. However withing 20 minutes I got a call from dispatch stating that the service truck was on its way and to watch for it. The young man who was from Ricci's Towing checked out the battery, declared it as rechargable but close to failing. He did, fortunetly, have another battery on his truck, that would replace mine. I told him to go for it. Withing 15 minutes it was a done deal. Although I did not have anything pressing to do yesterday, it was a relief to know that I had a fresh battery to get me there. My thanks to that young man for doing an outstanding job and my thnks to all the service men and women out there doing their thing in this cold weather. God Bless You and keep you safe.
