DO NOT use this company!! This company is horrible!! I used them for passport service. The agent's and their head of the company's attitude was extremely rude. The agent was very impatient with the questions I asked and blamed me for not knowing enough about their business and being too demanding. After I collected all the necessary materials for my application, handed to them, and paid them the fee, the agent got annoyed because I requested an official proof of my application processing. The agent complained that I was "too demanding" and then took upon herself to decide not to process my application further. It was completely a waste of my time! Even though they refunded me the paid fee, the time and money spent on preparing my materials became useless. I had to find another agency and start all over again. When I contacted their head of their company, the head claimed that he didn't know about the details and I could do whatever I want and he didn't care. The whole company doesn't make sense at all. It was a fraud. If you do not want to waste your time, spend your money to fight with your own agent, and deal with all their problems, DO NOT use this company!!!
