They are horribly disrespectful and incompetent. And by they I mean everyone in the office. I dealt with multiple people in the office. They said Caribbean airlines is closed on Saturday. And I was like ok because I have a representative on the phone with me right now. The Caribbean airline representative needed to explain the same thing to them three times for them to get it. All because of an extra r that they put in my name when they made my reservation. Additionally, they charge a $175 change fee when Caribbean airlines only charge $150. But if you book with travel span Caribbean airlines cannot make any adjustment. However, you can request that travel span put a note on your account that they are transferring responsibility over to CA and then CA can make changes. They won't want to do it so called CA and three way them with Travelspan and have CA tell them to do it. Travelspan charges whatever they want. Please for your own peace don't do any business with them. They called me irrational while the Caribbean airlines representative was saying the same thing I was. Even the Caribbean airlines rep thought they were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They also called my partner incompetent. Really... What kind of customer service is that!!!! These are disgusting. Nasty people!!!!!
