Great expertise, very friendly, helpful staff. Good knowledge of places to see, things to do. Flights were matched to cheapest we had found, we booked a trip to Asia for a family of 5. They have even offered to help us plan our itineraries from their expert team. Accommodation, internal flights and train travel can all be personalised to your own requirements.

Me and my boyfriend have had a fab experience booking via sta in Brighton! Our travel agent Tom Spencer was so good, he was very helpful with giving us lots of information about each place we were visiting and was very professional. We couldn’t recommend him enough.

Used sta to get to Australia last year had a few problems with tickets but sorted it myself with the airline . Recommend my parents to use sta . Who are now also having the same problem An they depart in 2 days . Called the airline to check everything was okay and to book seats . To they reply . Your travel agent hasn’t given any contact details, or confirmed to status of the tickets . Phoned sta to resolve problem to the ladies reply . Phone us on the day . The check in time is 6 in the morning. An sta doesn’t open till 9.... fools won’t ever use them again or recommend them.

Jack Abela at STA Brighton was brilliant at helping me find my flights. He was so patient with me when I kept changing my mind and wanted to try different ideas. He really tried hard to find the best option for me and felt he genuinely cared I got the best option too. He really is an asset to STA.
