This was the worse trip I've ever taken and you can bet I'll never do this again. The buses are tight and cramped. I have a service dog and there were no accommodations made for him so I ended up cramped in a window seat with my leg against the window to keep from stepping on the dog. There were empty seats on the bus but the guide insisted our African American female group ALL sit in the back of the bus together! What's wrong with that picture? When asked why, she replied the groups always have to sit in the back. I wonder if my seat cost less. I wonder why I wasn't told the dog could not be accommodated when I pointedly asked. I wonder why our group was relegated to the back of the bus even though many were elderly, disabled, or already seated and TOLD to move. I will NEVER make this mistake again! Bus trips are the pits and this one just confirmed it! If you're looking for a trip you'll never forget because it was a nightmare, this is exactly what you're looking for!

very crowded bus packed to capacity; drive for 5-6 hrs. The late evening B/4 the trip my room-mate had to cancel because of health reasons. I was not notified by their staff that I would need to pay $150 the next morn because I will now have a private room. I would have definitely cancelled had I known this. The next morning as I was loading the bus the guide asked "did someone call you last nite to tell you to now pay $150" NO THEY DID NOT!!! There is no documentation telling you anywhere that this would occur. The whole trip had already been paid for this was just extra cash in someones pocket!!!!!

Dan Mernah was the original owner of High Rollers. Those were the good ole days with this company. Dan and Kim truly cared about the customer and everyone would have fun and want to go on another trip. I wouldn't go on another trip with this company

Was an okay experience. Treated as just another filled seat.
