Great teacher and most of all good teaching techniques. Kids not just learn how to self defense but also Respect and Discipline for life. Such a good investment in your Kids. Its a gift of a life time.

Amazing karate school. Caring teachers, clean and a great place to learn karate plus respect, discipline and focus. My daughter enjoyed the program and became a black belt by 11 years old.

Heart rate up, getting my sweat on, my muscles worked, thinking of people I'd love to punch in the face as I get my upper cuts and hooks on the bag, it can't get better than this! All the teachers are good and I love Saturdays because that's where I feel I really get my sweat on!

If you've walked by this place, I'm sure you've seen the videos posted in the window, or the various kids martial art classes or adult kick boxing classes they have going on here. One thing for sure, it that they are well organized, and well run. My son has been going here for almost 2 years now. He has learned quite a lot and has moved up the ranks. I do have to say that although I'm not familiar with the martial arts system, and how students progress, do I feel they move a bit slower than what I'd expect. It takes a long time to move up the ranks of belt color, and most of the time, you will see kids within a few ranks keep learning the same things. They do test you on the various moves so the kids need to remember their moves. Repetition is key here. They offer summer camps, and day camps for those holidays. What I also love is the amount of "free" events they have for their students "and friends". They also have the occasional "parent's night out" where you can drop your kids off for a few hours (for free I might add). It's a nice perk to have.
