Great place for my child to get skilled

Mar 17, 2016
We have been with One Martial Arts for four years now. Our son initially attended a two week summer program and loved the professional yet nurturing environment. We now have three children enrolled in levels starting at Excellent Kids to Level 3 and we could not be happier. There is continuous communication between the instructors and the parents and they work with each child based on their individual needs. One Martial Arts is an active partner in raising confident, strong and happy children. I strongly recommend One Martial Arts.

I joined ONE Martial Arts a year ago and it's been a journey full of enrichment. The kickboxing classes are designed to deliver an exceptional workout by instructors who are passionate about their students health and well-being. Fiercely led through a motivating drive, they focus on proper kicking and punching techniques, strategically mixed with other strength training moves. As a result, students leave each class feeling confident that they have achieved their best workout. The added bonus is the caring and attentive staff who genuinely value each member. From kids to adults, they treat everyone with respect and patience. This consistent trait has promoted a dynamic sense of family and community, uniquely inspired by ONE.

This is a long overdue review. I've been a member here for over 6 months and I take their kick boxing class. This class is amazing and both owners teach this class during the week in the morning and I'm so impressed. Not only is kick boxing fun and I get a great workout but they are really community oriented and treat their members like family. Whenever they have an opportunity to give back to the community they don't hesitate to participate. They also have available child care in the evenings, since I'm a single mother that is very important to me and there is no additional charge. They also have work shops for kids and adults. My son loves their day camps. This place is great and I look forward going to my kick boxing classes and being a more healthy and fit to live a long life for my son.

Such a great place to be a part of!!! I take kickboxing and my boys are in the martial arts program. The kickboxing instructors are the best always challenging you to do/be your best. Great workout every single time. The martial arts program for the kids sets them up to do the best they can overall in life. OMA is very family oriented and they make you feel like you are family. They always give back to the community when possible and I think that's a great thing.
