I'm so happy to have Champions be a huge part of my life. This is such a welcoming place for everyone who walks through the door. The instructors are all supportive and push you to be your best, not just physically, but also mentally. It's a ton of fun, a great workout, and a safe space to grow.

I am very picky when it comes to choosing a martial arts school to train at, to the point where I’d rather not train at all then train somewhere mediocre. Champions set the standard for martial art schools in which I will train. It’s also the only school I’ve come across where I could go to at almost any time any day of the week and they will have either a class or a space for me to continue my training.

Champions is the best!!!! My son has been training at champions martial arts for a year and a half now. He trains in both kickboxing and jiu jitsu. We started at champions after the taekwondo school we were attending all of a sudden shut down and closed with no warning. Champions welcomed us, they assessed my son to see what belt level would be best for him to start with since he had 5 years of taekwondo. The Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Champions is our home away from home. The people that train at champions are amazing too all very friendly and encouraging. I myself am going to join the adult classes because they look so much fun. I highly recommend that the whole family train at champions. There is a class for everyone from young to old, and for all physical capabilities

This is one of the best kickboxing gyms in Canada. They have produced many great fighters who have dominated the Canadian kickboxing scene in all weight classes. They also had a fighter become a world champion in Blake Lirette. Another great thing about champions is the healthy gym environment, everyone is positive and get treated equally!
