I look forward to each Tai Chi class. Very comfortable space to work in, plenty of room. Individual attention Lots of interaction and learning from others in class Something new, interesting & challenging each session All the instructors are patient, knowledgable and able to adapt to a combination of experience levels within the class

Great Tai Chi classes! Dan is wonderful. He's very patient, and great at giving just the piece of feedback that helps me make progress. Tai Chi is not just movements, but also connection to your 'center' and breath. Dan knows tons about how Tai Chi connects to the other martial arts, as well as to Chi Gong and Chinese Mediine. And relaxing/not holding muscle tension is a big part of what we do as well. Classes are small (except the Saturday morning free one, which might have 15-30 people in it). And the prices are very good, much lower than most places.

Overall great experience. SAMA has attentive, caring professionals who are both knowledgable and approachable. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
