My son has gained so much not only athletically, but also in personal values. My daughter, aunt, mother-in-law, and friends have since joined for their great Little Ninjas to adult programs. Added plus- it's a great community of people.

I tried both the kickboxing and boxing classes to see which style of training that I prefer. Both classes definitely take effort, focus and work up that sweat while teaching you defense techniques. They both keep you engaged and challenged. I've observed Master Kris in action with the kids too. He is an energetic Instructor yet very patient. He's great with kids and they remain engaged and focused. The adult classes are challenging but easy to follow along, especially, if you're new like me. The class size is not huge and intimidating and there is time for personal attention if you need further instruction. I know that if I stick with the classes, I'll reach my fitness goals. Thanks, Master Kris!

If you really want to learn proper technique and get a great workout, this is the place. Great atmosphere with a good group of people. You can just go for the workout or get yourself prepared for actual competition, if that is your desire. I am over 50 and with great patience Kris got me to a level that I entered my first USA Boxing match. What a thrill!

Best work out ever. A place to learn technique and form. Sparring is an added bonus to perfect your defense and combinations. Sparring is fun and added exercise with the people in the class. It's a nonstop sweat fest!

My son's loves taking classes here. It gives him lots of exercise, he interacts with other kids his age, learns discipline and respect. I'll do the adult kick boxing classes and they're a great workout - fun, but sometimes I'll want to puke.
