I've trained at Art of War for three years, and I am now in the best shape of my life. Jason has a lifetime of knowledge and experience with all aspects of grappling, striking and fitness, and he takes a scientific and practical approach to training. The gym itself is clean and well equipped. The atmosphere is very welcoming for all levels. There are coaches and classes for each discipline so you can specialize as much as you want, and there is no shortage of excellent training partners due to the active and successful MMA and Muay Thai fight teams. Whether you want to improve your fight game or just get insanely fit, you should definitely check this place out.

Im an international student of UO, trained here for almost 3years. From zero to best of myself, I wanna thanks coach Kobb and Jason, they are professional and kind for all students here with a heart of fighter. Feel like here is another home of mine.

I have been training at Art of War for years now and the quality of coaches, people, and equipment is top notch. This gym really has it all and Jason(owner) really cares about everyone's fitness and life goals. Whether you want to just learn a few moves and shed some pounds or you want to be a legit MMA competitor this gym has a place for you. I started my MMA career here and I haven't had a single regret since the day I walked in those doors. I started with no formal training and now consider myself a very well rounded Mixed Martial Artist. One of my favorite things about AOW is the coaches don't ever stop learning and evolving with the sport. That's how I know I will always be able to continue to learn more every class I go to. Don't let the intimidation factor hold you back because Everyone at Art of War is so respectful and wants to help one another improve. Just try a class and you won't regret it!!!

This is a great school for all experience levels. I have been practicing martial arts for over a decade and have had memberships at three other gyms before deciding to stay with AOW. The instructors are all very accomplished and the program is consistent and progressive. The head coach also offers personal training and most of the instructors are available for private lessons. The fight team is one of the best in town if not the state with impressive win ratio in comparison to many other schools. The student are also very helpful to new students and its always a fun and friendly environment.
