Love love love 30 Minute Hit! Such an amazing gym with amazing people. They help push you further to help gain the results you want. You feel comfortable in this place and the kid area is awesome! Keep the kids occupied while you work out. Awesome workout music and awesomely amazing trainers!

I love it at the got. The trainers are so friendly but great at pushing you out of your comfort zone. I can bring my kids and they can see its important for mom to take care of herself as well as her family. It has helped me from hating who I was mentally and physically and made me love the new stronger Me

Love the energy Bree and the girls put forward always going above and beyond for us maybe today it was a lollipop for the kids or grabbing and filling out water bottle before yelling at me to pick it up there all always doing something to make you feel like this is right where you need to be to get your goals In check! I won't lie I do have nightmares about the words DOUBLE TIME !!! LEAVE IT ON THE BAG LADIES

Love the workout and the atmosphere here! I have never been someone who is one to want to work out all the time but this place keeps me coming back and wanting more. I think about this place a big part of my day and talk about it probably more then I talk about my children with people.
