Update: Still attending Spruce Grove Hit after over 1.5 years. It's worth it for the self defense skills alone, and the fact that it's a really fun workout is a bonus. Excellent atmosphere - not intimidating at all! The trainers are very supportive and everyone is focused on their own workout. The time flies by and there are plenty of variations available to stay interested and motivated. Definitely recommend.

I've always had a hard time getting into working out. With 30 minute hit, it's so much fun and always changing which keeps it interesting. The trainers are amazing and push me with positivity to keep going! Best place to work up a sweat and feel awesome!!! **Still hitting after a few years now and it’s just as fun as the first few days 😃 I’m feeling stronger then ever!

I started going to 30 minute hit because I was sick of going to the gym, and I'm so glad I did! I love the environment there and actually enjoy going. I can feel a huge difference in my cardio. Highly recommend

Loved the workout BUT don't think I can commit because I'm looking for something over my lunch break as I am just in Acheson. So if they were open between 12noon-1:00pm I would go Mon-Fri! Also, I don't like paying month to month, I would rather pay by drop-in.

We moved to spruce grove in April . My husband has been doing boxing for the last year and I've saw his amazing progress, I wanted the same. I didnt want a gym membership because I have no idea what I'm doing. I wanted some help, encouragement and accountability. I found 30 minuite hit because it is very close to my house and a huge bonus it was women only! I have noticed a huge difference in almost all aspects of my life due to 30 minuite hit . Friendly staff , great environment. Love it so much!
