Best martial arts experience I have ever had! Because of Jared's teaching style and knowledge I am addicted to Renbukai for life!!!

No words can express the absolute amazing Sensei, trainer, person Jared is! The best decision I made was to start working out with Jared when I moved to the Comox Valley in 2012. While I continue with my workouts, I have also joined Karate. Karate has helped me both physically and mentally with my peace of mind and focus. I like to say he is very "Zen like", with an incredible knowledge of the body and how it works. Through Karate my endurance, core stability, posture, strength, mind, body and way of life has improved exponentially. I am very proud to say that I am a part of the Kokkikan Dojo and Ki Fitness & Health.

Joining Kokkikan Dojo has changed my life. I've always wanted to get fit and to see just how far I could push myself and I've finally found a place to do so where I feel comfortable and welcome. Sensei Jared Sato is the best teacher, trainer, and mentor that I've ever had the privilege to learn from. The Dojo itself includes state of the art equipment and is always clean and tidy. I look forward to many more years of training at Kokkikan Dojo.

I have been training at Kokkikan Dojo for over two years now and have never felt better. Sensi Jared Sato is living his passion and shows in class. Jared's total lack of a macho ego is very refreshing as this attitude has turned me off martial arts practices before. Jared also has a deep knowledge of the human body and movement which is a huge benefit in practice. I would highly recommend this Dojo for anyone who is looking for a martial arts practice.

I love my karate practice with Sensei Jared! He makes each practice challenging yet taking into consideration my limitations. He was able to modify my moves to enable me to attain my yellow belt and I am working on my orange belt. Sensei Jared has a wonderful sense of humour and makes me feel very comfortable and at ease in his dojo.
