I have had a great experience with Skillz Langford up to this point . I started out with the six week challenge and now have continued on as a member . The workouts will empower you!! It is one of the best workouts you will experience . I love all the changes that I now see both physically and mentally. The community of people you will encounter are great and supportive. Jesse and Kitty are fantastic trainers and are sincere in wanting you to succeed on your path to wellness. Yes there is a cost to the programs and memberships offered but if you put the work in the results will be priceless.

I was part of the 6 week challenge and have my final weigh-in coming up on Saturday. I beat the challenge at week 4 but I am still continuing right to the end and beyond because I enjoy it so much! The classes are great and I have made much further strides in 6 weeks than I have doing other types of fitness for a lot longer. If you want to sweat, get stronger, healthier and thinner then this is the place for you! I've met some really nice people that go there and it has a community feel. Thanks!!!

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and it was extremely successful! Where to start? The staff and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I had never kick boxed before so was a bit nervous to try something new, but with the great coaching from James, Jesse and Gabe was able to push myself past that hurdle and I learned so much....still lots to learn:) Hanne is a nutrition guru who also helped make my goals a reality and I am now setting new ones. The encouragement of the kick boxing family, staff and patrons alike, make me want to strive for excellence. Looking for a transformation? The different challenges offered will get you there! Just looking for a new gym? Absolutely yes! The 45 minute sessions are one of the most intense yet fun workouts you'll experience! Thanks Skillz:)

For anyone who is looking for a fun and intense 45 minute workout I highly recommend Skillz Langford. Jesse and Kitty are truly awesome instructors and create a great atmosphere in the classes. The 6 week challenge was difficult at first but it ended up being a great experience. I am excited to continue having a fun time working out at the gym!

Best workout ever, in a friendly welcoming environment. I started here after purchasing a Groupon, two classes in I was hooked and signed up for a full membership. I was looking to shake up my workout routine, and I haven’t been disappointed. The instructors and members all all friendly and supportive, people here are of all fitness levels and abilities. In seven months I’ve seen my endurance continue to increase, I’m stronger, more flexible, better coordinated and my clothes fitting better isn’t so bad either :). If you’re looking for a great workout in a supportive environment you need to try Sillz Langford; seven months in I’ve never been bored, haven’t plateaued, and am continually impressed at what I’m able to achieve in class.
