Jonny Mac of the Comox Valley Boxing Club is Amazing. Both of my Children attend classes there, and they have grown so much. Not only, and most importantly, their confidence has grown, but their strength and stamina are amazing now. Before they used to have gamers cramp, now they have Fitness, Confidence and Feel Part Of. The People at the club are so supportive to newcomers and old timers alike. Their patience and gentleness actually shocked me, and after one class and my children s enthusiasm ( which has not waned in over a year and a half ) we decided to join up! Its Fun - Its Fitness - Its Family!!!

I've really enjoyed working out at the Club. Jonny does a great job of both showing you technique and then pushing you to remember it by instinct. I'm looking forward to when I have more time to spend training with him.

Comox valley Boxing club, has change my life i'm 15 years old I was skinny before I went there and I didn't eat a lot of protein and nutrients, but now since I go there I eat more and ive started developing a six pack which is pretty sick. I owe my gratitude and thanks to johnny for always being there for the club members when they need it. I love boxing and MMA. I will forever love going to boxing and seeing the smiles of kids faces and getting punched in the stomach "ESPECIALLY THAT". i also have to thank Jacob Myers for teaching me when i first started out he's a good friend and teacher. Thankyou Sincearly: Ben
