I’ve been training at this gym for almost 6 years and have nothing but positive things to say! This gym has an awesome atmosphere and the staff working at the health bar and the coaches are all very warm, welcoming and professional. Every class is different and each instructor has something unique to offer so the workouts don’t get repetitive! They also have a health bar that sells healthy and delicious protein shakes, wraps, salads and bowls so you can refuel after a workout. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of their age or fitness level!

Gibson MMA is amazingly much more than just self defence classes. The instructors really care about the students. It's a place for people of all ages who are looking for something more than just a gym. My 12yr old granddaughter has been going there for a number of years and she actually gets excited to go learn and train. Chelsea my granddaughters personal train talks to her. Asks about school, friends and social life. She explains how somethings might not be so good for her. Chelsea is amazing. I highly recommend Gibson to everyone. Give it a try and you will walk away a better person

The culture of this place is really awesome, everyone from the staff to the people who train here are great people. I've been going here for a few years and I absolutely love this place. I stopped for a few years and came back because I really missed it! The workouts are fun, addicting and really challenging and all the instructors are very knowledgeable. The health bar staff are super cool and friendly as well.
