I LOVE 30 Min Hit. The ladies at the Vernon location are AH-MAZING!! The workout is always challenging, the trainers are always there to push me to do my best and hardest workout, they're inspiring and encouraging every single time. This year they added more hours and are open on Tues and Thurs mornings which is awesome! The extra hours help a lot when you're doing shift work. Love this place and the people in it!! They make their best effort to support you to make your best effort :)

So much fun! I'm a mom of 2 little ones and work full time. Been a member for 2 weeks and I'm addicted. Seriously. I find myself trying to plan my week around my workouts. I dream of the next hit. It's a great confidence booster and I have already lost inches. So great to see results fast and feeling myself get stronger. Big thanks to Kristi and her beautiful ladies for pushing me everytime.

I love 30 Minute Hit. It is the best workout for dealing with stress, improving cardio, strengthening, and fat burning. I love that there is always an awesome, motivating trainer to help with technique & to help push you just a little more and that you don't have to work around scheduled class times. Just show up & go! Before you know it you are done & feeling refreshed - physically & mentally! I would recommend it to women of all ages and abilities.

Kristi and her staff at 30 Minute Hit make working out an amazing experience you don't want to skip! It is the answer to ladies who don't have the time to work out!! I love Hit! I have been a member since March and, excusing the occasional week of illness or life totally taking over, I come 3 -4 times a week! Hit is THE answer for busy women who want results but don't have the time for hours a week at a gym. I love that we get a personal trainer built into our membership fee and I love the culture Vernon Hit has created, the trainers are all amazing ♥ Kristi, Melanie, Kirsty, Gabby and Lindsay have created a sisterhood amongst the members. With only 30 minutes and you're done, how can one not come!? I love that I have so many reasons to come to Hit! The actual results you get from a 30 minute workout, the ladies I'll get to see and encourage and get motivation from, the fact that I can bring my kids at no extra charge and it is easy to have them here, the mental and emotional difference it makes in my life (if I miss a week I get very cranky!) and the self confidence! I am so thankful I was introduced to Hit and I cannot recommend it enough to other ladies in my life! This business model has an answer to every excuse or obstacle women have when it comes to getting fitness in their life, and a free trial to check it out! Thank you to all who are a part of my Hit family who encourage, yell, cheer, smile, and laugh with me. I love you Hit sisters!

30 minute HIT, what a fantastic way to start my day!!! To be able to get such a great workout in 30 minutes is amazing. I have worked out at a number of different gyms and I am so grateful Kristi has chosen Vernon to open a 30 minute HIT. Thank you to all the trainers for the support you have given me and continue to every workout, you are all amazing!! Hope you all have a fantastic 2017!
