A great way to learn to defend yourself. The Instructors are just amazing. If you're reading this because you were thinking of joining 100% do it, it has changed my life and if you're doubting joining I did at first, and I was really wrong and if you think the people look intimidating trust me there are some of the nicest people I've ever met especially the instructors they make you feel comfortable, and they make you want to learn. I've done Jiu Jitsu for 5 years and it is the best decision of my life.

An excellent, highly practical jiu jitsu academy. The classes are structured, and the instructors are knowledgeable and easy to approach with questions. The consistency in training and the additional online material that is provided as a bonus allows for a good level of progression even if you are a beginner. I would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in jiu jitsu and/or self defense.

Great instruction. Welcoming environment. You will feel at home here. If you want to learn how to protect yourself or your loved ones from a physical altercation, GJJW is the place you need to be. Take that first step. You won't regret it.
