I have been training Martial Art here for more than 8 months. This is probably the best MMA gym you can find in Queens. Trainers truly care about students' developments. Classes have a good balance between techniques and conditioning. The meaning and the purpose of even the smallest modification to your technique are patiently explained to the most intricate detail. I would highly recommend this place to my fellow Martial Artists.

By far the best gym around! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. All the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to every single student that walks through the door. It's such a great environment and an amazing gym to be a part of.

Ive been coming to this gym for about a year now and I can tell you that it is everything you'd expect a Martial Arts School to be. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and always have your best interests at heart. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming and a BIG plus is that the gym is kept neat clean and organized! Ive been to several gyms and I can honestly say that it is truly humbling coming into a place where you are surrounded by good energy, positive vibes and surrounded by good people at all times.
