I really like the family friendly environment. They address all the students and their families by name, and to me, this speaks volumes about the relationships they forge with the families that walk into their facility. The students are encouraged to do their utmost and parents gets feedback on how their children are doing. My kids were very excited when they received a postcard from PMA informing them of how they are doing. I am very satisfied with PMA and I am usually hard to please.

PMA is a great place to be for training Mixed Martial. All my classmates are very friendly and dedicated. Coach Carlos motivates us to do well and reach high goals such as improving the form and technic. Coach Mark has a lot experience, is a lot fun to learn from him. In PMA the customer services is professional and friendly.

NYC has plenty of Martial Arts schools...but quantity is not always quality. I've trained at many schools and none have left me as impressed as PMA. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are able to teach in a way that is both fun and challenging. The classes are all well organized and the environment is positive and friendly. Taking the Kali and JKD classes rekindled a deep love for martial arts. I think Bruce Lee himself would be proud if he were to observe the level of instruction here. I moved out of NYC and out of all the great things in NY, training here is the thing that I miss the most.
