Been going there for about year and a half now. Great place to relieve stress and learn a few things. No one judges you there and everyone is welcome. Even though the classes are taught, you work out on your own pace and comfort level, though they encourage you to level it up a notch. Which is great; it motivates you. Steve, who is the owner, is extremely friendly and is very welcoming. Overall if you want a club without any sales pitch like 'others' or pressure, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend that you come to one of the free trials to see if you like it (and I know you will).

I love everything about this gym! I personally was more of a yoga person, but after Kalari, my mantra soon became, "Yoga for peace and kickboxing for release." It is an explosive full-body workout, but it's not intimidating because they accommodate for various levels, and it comes at an excellent price-point. They strike an amazing balance between cardio and pad-work, while ensuring that attention is given to technique. I leave feeling sheer accomplishment and have never felt my body changing as significantly as when I started these classes. It's quite empowering and very therapeutic. I always leave having such respect and admiration for my instructor. Also, the owner was very good about putting my membership on hold while on vacation. I just had to give email notice by the 1st of the month, which I really appreciated given the difficulty I had at other places. When you find something that works for you, it's so worth it!!!

Amazing work out for toning ur body and building muscle to look and feel good!!! Wasnt getting the same results at other fitness centers this totally body workout is great and flexible for all levels! The members are fun and welcoming making the class enjoyable while getting in shape also a great stress relief at the end of the day! My free trial class was 2 years ago and going regularily i have also gained the technique of the sport instead of wasting time on a tread mill in a cookie cutter facility totally recommend!

When I tried a free intro session they offer as part of their online promotion, I did not expect to receive a real learning session since it was free and also their membership fee was really decent (about $50, the most affordable one in this part of town!) But I should say after couple months going to this place I can promise; You will receive way more professional feedbacks from the instructors than most of the gyms and clubs within this range of membership fee. From my experience the trainers have always been friendly and respectful. They do not hesitate to educate the students with constructive feedbacks.

People are nice. Bit small for the class sizes. Easy to become one of the regulars.
