I trained here for about six months and loved it! I had a lot of prior martial art experience at different schools around Sonoma County and other parts of the world, but the atmosphere here, the people, and especially the instructor, Ben Brown, made this place feel like home.

I have been going to Phas3 for almost 2 years and I highly recommend it. Sensei Brown, Rick Cheek and Alex know what their doing. Whether your a beginner or a pro fighter, Phas3 has some of the best Thai-boxing instruction you can find in northern California.

I highly recommend this wonderful school for people of all ages. I am an older, overweight woman who has been accepted totally, exercises have been adapted to my level, support in kickboxing has been wonderful and the feeling of inclusiveness...that they are really glad I am there with them is in the atmosphere that keeps me coming back. The friendliness and acceptance is heartwarming. Thank you Sensei for teaching from the heart.

I love this school! I was looking for a new place to train after having been out of it for a few years do to injury; I walked in not knowing what to expect and was welcomed like a family member. On top of a great atmosphere they offer top notch training with programs for people of all interest lvls, competitive, just fitness, and even kids. Come train with us I hope you will love this school as much as I do.
