This is the best Martial arts instruction around! My son participated in karate there for a little over a year. They were so sensitive to his shy nature and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. They encouraged him and helped improve his confidence. They are very family centered and caring. Overall, we had an amazing experience! I would highly recommend UMAC.

Our children enjoy their classes and have learned so much more than karate, such as respect and self-reliance. They also have the opportunity to make friends they wouldn't have otherwise. The instructors take the time to get to know their students and can offer advice to kids on life as well!

I researched many martial art studios in the area and after hearing one raving review after another we decided to go with UMAC. I am so glad we did. It is such a warm and nurturing place that offers a family friendly atmosphere. The managers and teachers all go way out of their way to support and enrich the students' experience. We HIGHLY recommend UMAC!

We came to UMAC after the karate program my son attended unexpectedly closed and couldn't be happier! John and his staff run an exceptional program, the students are having a great time while learning the fundamentals of martial arts along with respect and self-control. We are so happy to have made the move to UMAC!

Both my children are enrolled at UMAC and I take part in the fitness programs. The instructors are fantastic and it is very much a family atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
