I enrolled my son Dante at Neak Ta about 5-6 months ago, we have had nothing short of the very best experience. Sam is an excellent role model and very positive instructor that will push you to achieve your goals. Sam is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour which has helped my 14 year old son gain confidence both physically and mentally. We are grateful that Sam offers youth programs as Dante has benefitted immensely from his training there. Everyone is welcoming, friendly and eager to help each other learn. It's an all around good vibe being there. As Dante would say when describing his experience at Neak Ta "I Love it". 5 Stars of gratitude.

I've been training here for a couple of years and absolutely love it. The instructors are very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone at the gym is very supportive and encouraging. Whether you want to compete or just improve your fitness level, I recommend you come here!

I've been with Neak Ta for several years. I love the instruction I get and I have been progressing at a great rate the entire time. It helps being surrounded by fantastic people. Being a smaller gym, everyone is close to each other. Everyone is trying to help each other out. It could be in motivation, a technique or even preparations for a competition. Starting at Neak Ta was one of the best decisions I could have made. I will be training here for years to come.
