I have been training here since 2005. Sensei teaches in a way that is easy to understand. The teachers and the students are very supportive of each other. There is a lot of Japanese philosophy and history that is taught in every class. If you are looking at a martial art, this would be the place to start.

A very professional and fun atmosphere with a very skilled, knowledgeable and energetic Chief Instructor Mark Lemmon. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, you will gain a lot of Aikido insight and be challenged every class during your practice. Look no further for the best Aikido dojo in Southwestern Ontario!

Really fantastic. I've been training there for 3 years and it's been completely positive for me. I came to a place in my life where I felt I was far too sedentary, sitting at work, sitting at home. I needed more activity in my life and this dojo was the perfect fit. The instructors were willing to help me from my very first day and at every level since. They stay late after class and go the extra mile without even being asked. Friendly atmosphere, no muscle head egos, no intimidation, no superior attitudes, new people can feel completely at ease coming to watch a class and even join in on the mats. Top notch, world class instructors willing to take their time to explain every technique, the how and the why. I'm extremely happy training there.
