Mike is my neighbour and his academy is right beside mine. I see him come and go many times throughout the week. He comes in with a smile and leaves at the end of the night with a bigger smile. As an owner that means he loves what he does. That love will then be passed on to his students. I have recommended Guardhouse to many and they never dissapoint. Keep up the great work Mike & Jill (she has a great smile too!)

Unbelievable experience. Mike, the instructor, was an outstanding teacher. The people and energy at the club was very positive and inviting. I learned a TONNE on my first day. Drop in and try it out for free your first time. Just make sure to leave your ego at the door.

Great facility! Super technical instruction, great group of guys and gals to train with. The facility is clean and well maintained. The Head Instructor, Mike, does a fantastic job of breaking down positions and techniques to the most efficient way of executing them. A solid mix of bjj fundamentals with some modern jiu jitsu flare. The group is very friendly and quite respectful of experience and abilities. Always a good time on the mats at Guardhouse!

At Guardhouse BJJ you will be able to train hard and be treated like family. There are so many high level guys here to roll with and learn from. Mike Diggins genuinely cares about the progress of all of his students whether they are someone new to jiu-jitsu or an active competitor.
