A few years ago, I was battling depression and during that time I fell in love with BJJ. I decided to train at Arcana specifically because Jamie, the owner, was very transparent and understanding. He gave me the flexibility I needed to make training happen when I was at my worst. I trained BJJ there for a year for roughly 2 to 3 times a week before life got in the way. Damien, Ron and Eric were nothing short of fantastic BJJ instructors. I don't live in Ottawa anymore, but I still think about Arcana (and BJJ) all the time.

Was in town on business and came to train BJJ with these fine folk. Amazing team, welcoming atmosphere, and stellar instruction. Can't be beat. Train here now.

I was visiting in the Ottawa area for an extended duration. Coworker suggested Arcana to me and I couldn't have been happier. Great atmosphere, fantastic jiu Jitsu and welcoming students. Ben, Dameon, Joe, Steve and Ron all great black belts and all willing to roll with their students. Great time, thanks everyone!!
