Love this place! One of the best facilities in London, Ontario with something for everyone. When looking for a training facility that offered Women's Kickboxing, I found this place! The best staff, and very knowledgeable. Inspiring Athlete's, a place to get fit and have fun. I love the newly renovated gym and the attention to cleanliness that is obviously very important to the owners and staff of Platinum Training Facility.

Clean and organized, the Jiu-jitsu professorJames is very patient and passionate, I never expected a black belt rolling with me to test my skills. The guys from the GYM are also very respectful and you notice their effort in give you tips and allow you to do some moves.

If you're looking for an amazing workout this is definitely the place for you! The classes are all taught by different instructors so they always switch it up, each one has their own style so you really get a full body workout. The only reason I'm giving this place a 4 star is because their women's kick boxing classes are way over capacity. When I first joined that wasn't the case, and I felt as though you got in a really really good workout, a month after they got a groupon and the classes were too packed so they were making a lot of modifications and adjustments to the workouts. But other then that it's awesome and I would definitely recommend!

Been a couple times for women only bootcamp - and I love it. The instructor are positive and motivational, they work you to the max and the other women are nice too. :)

I'd go if it wasn't a 2 hour bus ride from Fanshawe
