My kids go there. The Kyokushin Karate club is awesome for developing discipline and respect to others. It builds confidence and a good sense of well being. I would strongly recommend it.

I have had the honour of training with Kitchener Kyokushin Karate Club for over 18 years. I can honestly say that my involvement with our dojo has had a major part in my personal development in every aspect of my life. Our dojo's core focuses include; personal development, goal attainment, respect, and most importantly the Kitchener Kyokushin Karate Club gives the trainee the opportunity to become whatever they desire to become as a martial artist. Whether the individual desires to simply achieve a greater sense of physical, mental, or emotional strength or become a world class martial artist. We have what you are looking for! Do not hesitate to stop by for a free introductory class and meet our team!

I have been with Kyokushin Karate Club for 5 years now and I get excited everytime it is time to train. KKC has allowed me to gain confidence not only physically, but mentally as well. The techniques and values taught at KKC help me in everyday life. It allows me to push myself to my positive limits and gives me strength to tackle every day struggles. The environment is very positive, no skill set is required. Whether you want to get in shape, learn authentic self defence techniques or to burn a good sweat... Kyokushin Karate Club is meant for you. I suggest giving it a shot as first class is free! Two classes happen weekly Mondays and Wednesdays at convenient times, 6-7pm for Kids, 7-8pm for Adults. Hope to see new faces soon. OSU! Jacob

Highly recommended. Great place to learn some real authentic karate. The sensei is amazing (karate instructor) he focuses on each individual with beautiful self defense techniques which he helps everyone get better and stronger at, rather than playing favorites and only spending his time on one student. He makes sure all of his students are making progress as well as making us go through intense training and body conditioning. Everything you learn you are able to apply it through the spar sessions where it is full contact (no gloves, no shin pads) and you get to experience pain because not only does it help you become a stronger individual, it's also a taste of real life. Other martial arts dont allow contact through their sparring and I think it's non realistic that you dont go through pain, because in reality, you always have to be prepared for anything
