I got to train here when I was in town visiting family. Great instructor and a nice group of people to drill and roll with. Thank you for having me and I defiantly will be back next time I'm in town.

Amazing group of people to train with! I went in knowing no martial art and having very little fitness capabilities but everyone exhibited great patience and support. I couldn't have asked for a more engaging art and supportive team to get involved with!

I don't live in the stratford area but I checked out this gym soon after it opened as I am always interested in new facilities in this up and coming sport. Ryan and Don have a good thing going; I expected to see some kinks in the operation as it was just recently opened but they are strong instructors and have a great facility. I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym soon to see its development. Definitely the best option for BJJ and kick boxing in the area, and I'm sure it will start producing talent to rival more established Toronto gyms in the near future.

It is unbelievable that such a highly accredited and reputed BJJ/Kickboxing/MMA club is right in Stratford. Beginners like me love it though there are some very very accomplished practitioners to train with. Free 30 day trial so just go an talk to the guy behind the counter, members, or watch the children every day at 5:15 having so much fun being active and fit. Absolutely love it and would not change a thing.
