I've been here a total of 5 times, and unfortunately only one visit has resulted in what I intended to accomplish. The first time I came was for a consultation, where I discovered that the only option available is to sign up for a year. I was hesitant about this, but I was right to be. On my next visit, I simply bought gloves and hand wraps, but on all of my next visits, they have not been open during open hours. In my most recent visit to purchase head gear, I called asking why they weren't open and they said that someone will be there in 15 minutes. 35 minutes later, nobody was there and when I called again to ask what's going on she said that "it's above her pay grade". If I were training here, dealing with this, I would be extremely unhappy. Do not commit to a year membership here, there are great gyms that do not let these things happen.

The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and the instructors are amazing! This is the best martial arts gym in the GTA!

My wife and I signed up around 8 months ago, and it was the best decision we've ever made. Great ambiance, great people, and most importantly great instructors who inspire you to be a better version of yourself! The BJJ, kickboxing, and boxing programs are world class. We've become addicted to this place and consider it our second home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have fun, get in shape, learn self-defense , while feeling better about themselves. It truly is a family atmosphere!

Horrible gym. I've been to a couple of gyms, but this place is the worst. The teacher fractured my arm and they wouldn't pause my monthly payments. They took all my money and had the nerve to call me and ask for the rest. Also, the owner is a thief.
