Did the 8:15 BJJ fundamentals class. Instructors were a brown belt and a purple belt, they brought great energy to the class and explained things clearly. Lots of instruction and advice while running drills. Everyone in the class was friendly and good to roll with. Great school.

I dropped into a class while visiting Hamilton. The instructors and atmosphere are top notch. Everyone I trained with were really technical and very welcoming. Thanks so much for having me!

This is a great BJJ gym. Whether you are looking to get in shape, learn how to defend yourself or try a new activity this is the spot. The instructors are top notch, the members are super-friendly and it's conveniently located near the highway and close to Locke St, one of Hamilton's best communities. If you are even considering starting a martial arts class look no further.

Being an active practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for many years, I visited this school for a seminar recently. For sure one of the most innovative and cutting edge academies in Hamilton and area. The new Atos Jiu Jitsu Hamilton establishment is impressive with it’s substantial mat space and the safe , comfortable and spacious training area it provides ; not to mention the meticulously clean and renovated change rooms , shower and washroom facilities for men and women. The experienced and passionate instructors, together with the state of the art academy , make Atos Jiu Jitsu Hamilton a magnificent place to start or continue your journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Training here is Awesome!!!!!! Jujitsu is the best workout I get but its also a science and a chess game. The coaching is always inspiring as we learn the best cutting edge training techniques and concepts. I find I get a really good mental and physical release and it puts me in just such beautiful state of peace!!!!
