My 5 and 3 year old have been attending this Karate school for just under a year. It is absolutely amazing! Mr. Garant has such an affective way of keeping my very rambunctious toddler interested and listening while teaching discipline, self-defence and confidence. It is the Karate teacher that makes all the difference and I am so lucky to have found this place. Camps, PA days, and nights where you can drop the kids off for a few hours are all huge bonuses. We did the introductory week and I was hooked from the minute my kids stepped on the mat. We go twice a week religiously and I never get any complaints that they don’t want to go. I definitely recommend this Karate school and look forward to many more years of being a part of this little family Mr. Garant has created. Great experience all around!

UFMA has provided my family a place to grow confidently and individually, while learning martial arts. My two children have been members for nearly six years and continue to excel. We look forward to the years ahead.

UFMA has been an AMAZING experience for my children. Not only has it helped build their strength and agility, it's helped build discipline, perseverance and accountability. Mr. Garant, owner/head instructor, is absolutely amazing with children of all ages. On top of the day to day classes - of which there are a huge selection which helps with busy schedules - there are PD day and March Break camps, as well as special events, that are very well planned and my kids love them. Top marks.

I have been so impressed with the self defense classes that myself and a friend took, also the professionalism and care that Paul gave was wonderful. I felt empowered and more confident after taking the classes. I would recommend United Family Martial Arts any time
