My daughter has been training at Canadian freestyle karate now for about 10 months. The karate and self-defence program is very effective and well put together. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. It's a fun school to be a part of, while at the same time teaches practical and effective self-defence. Great confidence booster too.

My grandson loves the after school program. I love the fact he not only getting Karate classes and he has awesome help with some of his homework as well. There's been more than enough times I've had to fight with him to come home! He's become so much more confident and comfortable with himself. I can't wait until my granddaughter starts next Sept. Can't recommend highly enough! Canadian freestyle karate is a great place to learn and grow for any child.

My son was a student here for many years. He's now 24 and been through university & college. Many of the lessons he learned at Canadian Freestyle Karate have helped shape him into the great, well round young man that he has become today! He has the confidence to travel the world! Bravo Canadian Freestyle!
