My granddaughter (12) an awkward age for every girl has never participated in any sports. To date she has been involved only in musical theater. After moving from B.C. to Ontario and experiencing some bullying at school and low self esteem she started judo with Ron & Tracy. She absolutely loves it! She comes out sweating and happy. She loves all of her coaches, she said "Ron is tough and kind". Quite a combination! Her behavior has settled down, she is sleeping well and she has made some new friends. The children of all ages are respectful to each other and the coaches treat the children with respect and dignity. To the reviewer who is worried about the A/C I can say from experience that it is much better to train at any sport warm. We have plenty of seating to sit and watch them have fun and learn the sport and the facility is spotless. This program may have literally have changed her life. I would highly recommend this program to anyone, young or old.

Very good looking dojo but it needs some key finishing details. No A/C at the premises so it gets scorching hot even on warm days. Certainly didn't feel comfortable for my 6 year old. There isn't really a change room either or sitting area for parents so that was challenging. Ron can be rough with the students at times.

Six years ago my two children started at Full Circle, training under Ron and Tracy Angus. At the time they were four and six. Initially, the class focus was exclusively on developing their confidence and physical literacy through play: running, rolling, jumping, and having fun in a friendly, safe environment with friends. Judo movements acted simply as vehicle to develop dexterity, and broaden dynamic movement through safe physical activity. Expressed most often through games, both my boys could be themselves and form bonds with other children in a fantastic, dedicated community centre and dojo. All this, while learning a martial art that enjoys a spotlight on the world stage. Growing up, I was a judo player and trained in a number of dojos. This space is stellar, clean and spacious. As they grew older and progressed, both boys have been gradually introduced to more advanced activities and training. All students are guided toward, and assume, greater responsibility, acting as role models for younger students and new members, irrespective of age. As demonstrated through example, patience, a genuine love of sport and team-building, Ron and Tracy provide an environment for the community that develops confidence, athletic excellence, and courteous, mindful behaviour. The skills and qualities championed at this dojo are transferable to other sports, school, and life. The level of coaching, spirit of community, and sense of self-worth instilled and nurtured here are second to none. If I could give more stars, I would.

Best Judo club in Ontario for beginners and advanced competitors alike. Very friendly group.

Tracy, Ron and Chelsea are the best! So patient and great with the kids. My daughter loves going to her Judo class and my little guy is also eager to join, just waiting until he's older. I recommend them to everyone!
