Sensei Kenny is a wonderful instructor. I found him informative, patient and generous with his time. My husband and I enjoy his classes. I have a slight injury and I never feel pushed to go beyond what I feel I can do. The school teaches us a combination of martial arts that I feel offer a well rounded perspective. Sensei Kenny offers a good speed for a beginner while keeping us disciplined to learn terminology and technique. Great place for a workout. I am a plus size and can do it :)

Have been attending the dojo since 2012, and I absolutely love it. An excellent place to learn and grow as a martial artist.

Was not a fan of this place at all!! My daughter was 3 and trying this out for the first time so I bought a groupon to see if she would like it. Thank goodness we did because it was terrible and we stopped going after 3 classes. There was a 9 year old girl in the same class as the 3/4 year olds and she was bullying my 3 year old. Why is there a 9 year old in that class to begin with!? Instructors did nothing about it. There were no elements of fun. It was straight drills which is fine for older kids not 3 year olds. Switched to OMAC which is like night and day!!! My daughter couldn't be happier!

Nothing but positive things to say about Sensei Kenney and this dojo. Encouraging and a very positive environment, with an engaging approach to teaching... Would highly recommend this dojo!
