What the other reviews say about friendliness at this gym is accurate. The instructors are great. My only complaint is that the kids classes get very busy on the weekends. I’ve seen up to 22 kids with one instructor and for the amount of money we pay to attend, the kids do not get the attention they need. I did overhear one of the instructors tell another parent that they send in a second instructor when classes are large. However, I have yet to see this happen. I feel it was a sales tactic. I hope this changes.

LANNA MMA hosted my son’s 8th birthday party yesterday and it was the best! My son says it his favourite party ever, high energy and lots of fun for 13 energetic boys, and the highlight of his day was getting to cut his birthday cake with a samurai sword! I got so many compliments, and highly recommend this place! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, this was my first stress free party! Thank you Jordan and the LANNA MMA team for giving my son a memorable party!

Overall great place to learn a new skill and to get a great workout. Coaches are very nice and professional. I do however find that the space is too small for the amount of students that attend the classes sometimes. Great place to do things that you won't do on your own at a regular gym. Slightly pricey with both the membership and uniform, but definitely worth it if you attend classes consistently.

Its feels awesome to be back to training. i am new to Lanna MMA. And i can say that i am very grateful for joining Team Lanna to continue my journey in martial arts. Of course looking forward to competing/representing Lanna when ready.. Lanna is a great place to train. Very welcoming. Humbling atmosphere and family orientated. Each class takes you to the next level It doesn't matter whose instructing class I promise you will feel one step closer to achieving your goal. If it's competing or fitness or just learning martial arts whatever your reasoning/interest is for being involved in martial arts. After you experience the vibe at Lanna MMA You'll know its the place to start your journey. Love this place.. Thank you Coach Jordan and the rest of Team Lanna .

I've been to a few gyms before, and I'm not saying I'm a pro BUT you just know a gimmick when you walk into one and I've walked into a couple. Lanna definitely isn't that. What it is, is a great MMA gym with a bunch of amazing people and fantastic instructors and it's great for all levels such as people getting back into fitness to people aspiring to become professional fighters. Whatever you need, the support is definitely there. I also really felt that it was a gym that took the extra step and went the extra mile to respect the Thai traditions involved with Muay Thai and really explained the culture and meaning behind it which is what really caught my eye at the beginning. Price point is also at a level where you wont break the wallet, very manageable. Obviously I definitely recommend this place give it a go if you can
